Can't type other language except ENG on Material Identity tab

Hello,

I would like to ask and get answer anyone who knows this problem.

It is Revit 2019, and Material browser -> Identity -> Description,

And I can not modify or change using other language such as Korean, Japanese or Chinese.

I can use only English, Even I use Korean version Revit or Japanese version Revit.

I also found some troubleshooting one, probably almost same problem.

it's according to language that revit install

Dear Sir, 

I installed the Revit version 2023 in English, however, when I opened it,  it becomes Chinese version. please advise how can I switch it to English. thanks
