Can't snap to a link model

Hi!

I have a linked model in my file which is the site model. I'm trying to create some hatches and elements as detail lines in a section but I can't snap to my site lines.

Any idea what to do?

You need to enable the "Select Links" tool. Then you should be able to snap to the objects without an issue:

If the object you are trying to snap to is not cut orthogonally by the section line, or it is a topography, then you cannot snap to the cut profile of the object.  This is the expected behavior for all objects in Revit, not just for linked models.

This is too bad! Archicad allows this to work perfectly! How would you measure an angle? by approximatting drawing a line?
