Light in Rendering is not bright enough

Im rendering some views in the cloud and the lighting just isn't bright enough. Im using the can lights. Ive also already uped the voltage and intensity in the Edit type. Look at the picture to see.

How about lower the Sun and Sky intensity?

Edit:  I looked at your image again and want to make sure that you use the Interior lighting scheme, yes?

Revit indeed doesn't provide settings to control Sun light and Sky ambient light manually.  I think they are based on the Project geographical location.  My apology.

Have you tried to play with different settings under Exposure Control?
