Can't sign into Autodesk 360 in Revit 2020

I can't sign into Autodesk 360 through Revit 2020. I need this in order to render in the cloud. I saw a solution where you uninstall and reinstall Revit 2020, but it took me days to install Revit 2020 correctly and I would like to find an alternate solution.

Are you able to signin from Autodesk Desktop App or AutoCAD first?   If so, When you launch Revit, are you signed in?

Does the problem only happen when you are not signed in at all and launch Revit and sign in?
