Can't select window in plan

 I have placed 2 windows in a house model - one is on the ground floor and one on a basement wall.

I can select the one in the ground floor plan, but not the one on the basement plan. Why would this one be unselect able?

@tmccar

  • Check if it is in a design option
  • Check the Select options ... and verify that condition of the window is checked. ie: if window is pinned, select pinned should be checked

Another possibility is that Select underlay elements is disable, must be unmarked in order to take elements below view range. Look at screen's right-down corner:

Is the window PINNED and you have Select Pinned Elements unchecked?

I should have looked at the side elevation - because of the height of the window,  it was breaking into the next floor.
