Check:

- View range (can you see the floor?)
- Is it in a group?

- Select by face
- Select locked elements

You need to enable select elements by face.

You can also move the mouse to the edge of the floor and smack the Tab key.

If you can't select floors in a floor plan view, there are a few common things to check. First, make sure "Select Elements by Face" is enabled this is often the issue when elements are visible but not clickable. You’ll find this option on the toolbar at the top. Also, verify your View Range settings to ensure the floor is actually within the visible cut plane, especially for multi-level projects.

If the floor is part of a group or is locked, that could also prevent selection. Another useful tip: hover your cursor near the edge of the floor and press the Tab key this cycles through selectable elements and can help you grab tricky geometry. These quick checks usually resolve the issue without requiring a thorough investigation.
