Hello, im trying to add parameters to my door positions that will let me choose glass type and depending on that glass type and door position (1A,2A...) it should add a price according to these schedules under, what would be the best way to do this?

Thanks alot in advance 🙂

Try this:
https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-CD22DA24-4162-4AB2-B1D3-02CEBE918444
Or Dynamo

On second thought, there will be too many keys to work with 😞

What have you tried and what are you struggling with?

Add shared parameters for each value. The price can be assigned or calculated.

I never did something like this in Revit, so i thought about first asking if someone had done something similar what would be the easiest way to do it (if possible witout Dynamo)

For example these doors have 6 variants, and every variant has different size and price so i would just make 6 types, now i want to add some parameters in these Door types so that when they want different glass for example position 2A they choose AL PANEEL and the price adds 228,29e (i would calculate this price into total price in schedule i already have)

So i just want to be able to choose from different glass types with different prices for different door types.

Thanks alot 🙂

Does it need to be part of the family, or just scheduled properly? Have you looked into KeySchedules? we use these in my office all the time for our Door Hardware and Finishes. if i understand correctly what you're trying to do, I don't see why it can't be used for
