Can't see or put the elevation mark on floor

Hi Friends, I am trying to put the elevation mark on the yellow floor (see attached). but I can't. Even though the bottom of the view is 100" lower than the floor. Thanks for help

Turn on Elevations category under VG > Anno tab.

Maybe it's already there but hidden because of it's "Hide at Scale Courser Than" setting.  Did you check under the Project Browser?

If you are meaning a Spot Elevation make sure the view isn't in wireframe.  Also try selecting the floor in another view and then switch to the plan view to make sure it is highlighted.  If not it isn't visible in the view, if so then yes we may need to see the file.
