Can't see cloud files from ACC after switching to 2024 version

Hi, I work on a project where we use ACC as the online platform. Yesterday we updated all of the files from Revit 2023 to Revit 2024. When i try to open the cloud files in 2024, it says '0 projects' as seen below: 

When I try in 2023, everything looks normal and I can view my projects. 

What am I doing wrong?

Did you update the files using the Cloud update option in ACC?

You need to upgrade the ACC project, not just the files within it.
