Can't render materials on cloud rendering

I am not able to render any material on cloud rendering, any idea why?

Does this happen in all views in this file?
Does this happen in other files?

If someone else renders the view/file from their machines is the behavior the same?

hello 

you have to see the visual style you are choosing it might be a drafting or modeling visual style that makes all the material the same color , review the visual styles and let us know what will happen
