Dear Hivemind,
I've noticed one of the users on a Workshared project is getting a greyed out "In Central File" appearing on and off in the WS Monitor. It's not affecting their work or the model. It appears to be random.
Anyone know the why?

are they opening the central file and not creating a local file?
are you using worksets that are owned by users?
are you using filters or view templates that manage worksets?
are all your users , using the same build version of Revit, service packs patches fixes etc.
are all of your projects on a network environment?
are you using a Revit server for some projects ?
work share monitor does not work with the Revit Server - thought I would ask.
on the help button use the down arrow and select About Autodesk Revit 201X for your version.
