Hi. I'm currently having a problem based on rendering my image in cloud. I'm using Revit 2019 and I've tried several times to apply the solutions for rendering with a transparency but it's really hard for me to get the image to be transparent even when I've downloaded a png, still has a sky and grey land. I've added a custom image as well to see if there will be changes but when I did that, it showed the sky and the grey land plus the custom image. Please help
