Can't move/align curtain wall grid

Hello,

Seemingly simple issue that's driving me insane.

I'm using a generic curtain wall snap cap system in a project.  When I select a vertical curtain grid, and unlock it, I cannot move the grid in any precise manner.  I can use the arrow keys to nudge it left and right, but if I try to use the move or align tool, the grid/mullion stays in the exact same place after I finish the command. 

The horizontal mullions are moving as expected when I use the move/align tool on the grid.  So this issue is only with the verticals.

I've deleted the wall, and built a new one, same issue.  This is really annoying as I need these to be spaced in a specific distances.

Set the Vertical layout to None and manually place the grids, then you can move/align them however you want.
