Can't load family into my project

I keep on getting the error message "The shared parameter "a45a0050-2a39-4b29-bb1f-1b1430c9954d" cannot be added with name "EAN code" and type "URL" because it conflicts with the existing name "EAN code" and type "Text"", but I can't seem to fix this problem. The file is attached.

The family you are loading has a shared parameter named EAN Code that is of the type URL. The project your are loading it into has a shared parameter that Is also named EAN Code, but is of the type TEXT.  For some reason they both have the identical GUID.

Troubleshooting is a little tricky.  I'd need more information to advise you. But the quick fix is to delete the EAN Code Parameter in the family you are trying to load, and create a new parameter to replace it.

Post your project file and your shared parameter text file.

I don’t have the shared parameter text file because I did not make this family

Are you even concerned with reporting EAN Code?  Doesn't sound like it. Just use the fix I suggested above.

I am aware of the EAN code but I have no idea where to find it.

There is no EAN shared parameter in the family types dialog box

I just opened the file in your first post. EAN is under Identity Data.
