Hello I am using Revit 2023 with Insight but I have a problem with the weather statations near my site, it is from another city. Then I want to configurate myself the temperatures but the tab for weather is not showing in the Location window. Any suggestion? Thanks a lot.

I use Revit 2023 and the problem persist. Also when I want to install an update from Autodesk App and error occurs saying some package file is missing.

You need the original Revit 2023 installation folder so that the update can find the package RVT.MSI file to run.  If you don't have them then you would have to redownload Revit 2023 installation files and extract them out.  Yes it is pretty darn stupid by Autodesk itself.

Thanks for your help, I downloaded Revit_2023_1_1.exe but the problem persists. Probably I would need to uninstall and reinstall the software 😪

What you downloaded is the 2023.1.1  update file, not the original installation files.  They are like 10 GB al least. Yeah it maybe less trouble to uninstall and reinstall.  Make sure to not deleting anything after the reinstallation.
