Can't edit Type Comments in schedule view

I just started using 2019.0.1 and I can't edit Type Comments from a schedule view. I'm sure this worked in the past.

Anyone else having this issue?

What are you scheduling?  Are the rows un-itemized?  I can edit Type Comments in a schedule view in 2019.

I'm working with a footing schedule, but I have the same problem with all schedules. Changing to "itemize every instance" does not fix it.

Are the cells locked and you cannot type anything in? Or you can type in the value but Revit refuses to accept it?

I can type in the cell, but Revit does not accept it. Just tried it on another machine in the office, and it has the same problem.

Does it happen to any files of just this one file?  Try to save to a new central. Try it on a brand new file see if it persists.

Just tried a different file that is not work-shared, and it is the same.

Hi

If the Element is from " Linked File " then Revit may now allow editing any Type Properties of that element..

also its little weird, when the Type comment is changed, rather than clicking " OK" try " ENTER"

have a check...

Best luck

The scheduled elements are not in a linked file.

If I type in the cell and hit enter twice on the keyboard it works.

Why does the "OK" button not work? Is there another place I should report this bug?

Thank you for the help!
