Can't edit Mark, Date, and Description on Titleblock

I'm working on a local copy of a central file and need to edit the Mark, Date, and Description but cannot figure out how. I would normally edit Revisions on Sheet under Identity Data in the Properties Panel, but that is not an option. I've posted a picture showing what I see. Any help would be great.

That's from the sheet. I thought you were saying it wasn't working.  They need to be checked to show on sheet.

AH! I bet that is what you were talking about all along. It is not in Titleblock Properties-- it is in SHEET Properties.
