Can't Download the English Model Checker and Power Bl Dashboard

i Tried Following the Steps in the file attached on the website: https://interoperability.autodesk.com/modelchecker.php  

or try to enter the download link 

https://www.biminteroperabilitytools.com/dashboard.zip 

but the file is missing as you can see in the attached image

Those Extension are available through your autodesk.manage.com portal.

Where exactly is this link to download?

UNFORTUNITLY THE MATTER WASN'T SOLVED AS I'AM TRYING TO FIND A PATH OR THE Model Health Checker Power BI dashboard file and templates from Autodesk’s Interoperability Tools for Revit.
