Can`t copy parts

Hello!

I have multiple walls divieded into panels using the parts tool. What i need is to copy those walls for the others levels of the building. When I try to do that, the error is the following:

"Some elements were not copied.
Parts cannot be copied without their original Element. To copy Parts, select the original."

Thank you!

Can you copy the wall instead of the parts?

Can you copy the wall together with the parts?

When you are going to copy the Wall that has Parts , first uncheck Parts visibility from VGO , copy the wall and then check back the Parts - the copied Wall will have the Parts copied too..

Hello,

I have the same issue. I have a linked model, and I want to copy a mass in my project. When I try to copy it , I have the error ' Can't copy part of element ' . In the V/G I have unchecked the Parts and in the view properties I have 'show original'..

Do you have any solution/idea?

Thank you in advance !

I think it's a misunderstood here....That's not about Parts as separate layers of a Walls,Floors or Roofs...

The message is about some components (parts) of a Mass that Revit can not be processed...
