Can't Change Base Constraint

Hi All,

I have many levels in my project and I am trying to change my base constraint of a wall. I can change it to some of the other levels, but not all. For instance I can change my wall to base constraint on the "SITE" level, but I cant change it to "BUILDING D - FIRST FLOOR".

It allows me to select the option, but immediately reverts back to the level it was previously on.

I just don't know where to begin troubleshooting this one. It is completely foreign to me.

Try to change the Function of the wall from Foundation to Exterior or something like that.

Can you share a file?
