Can't bind link

Hi! I can't bind my linked Revit file.

The only error I get is:

Unable to bind the selected links.

Unable to bind some link instances. Either the link contains no 3d elements or there was an error loading its elements into the current project.

I tried to uncheck "attached details" and import only levels and grids, There are no links in the import, no groups, no warnings. I purged my file before linking it.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I tried it. Everything is unchecked.

I tried to delete all the views and elements I could, but that's not a good solution as the model has many parts...

It highlights random objects, and when I delete them it highlights other objects.

I feel your frustration. I've been there myself. Troubleshooting this is a beeoch. Process of elimination.  If you have the stamina, you'll eventually find it.  Sounds like you are running out of stamina. Happens here too.

Hi,

So apparently the problem was the columns...

Thanks for trying 🙂

Congrats! Now, call it a day and go have a beer. You earned it!
