Can not download materials library

Hello,

Even with my firewall turned off and excellent connection, the revit installer will not download the materials library. Please help!

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to Autodesk Community!

Could you re-download Revit from our Virtual Agent? Click on Download Links, choose product and version. Then try the installation again.

I mean, I uninstalled, deleted the installer, then redownloaded the installer from your website. It automatically installed revit the first time so i ran it again and it downloaded and installed several more things. Several tries later, it just wont download the material library.
