Can NOT change my cut plane

Can change it on level two plan, but can not change it on level 1 plan

Can you edit the View Rage? Type in VR for that.

If you are not able to type in VR, that means that the view is controlled by a View Template. In the Properties palette, look for the View Template and edit it - you will be able to modify the View Range from there.

it was a little more complicated than that, I still can't do anything in that plan, but I was able to duplicate the plan and editing works, for the most part. However I am unable to delete the corrupted view

Sounds like a pinned view.

You can't.  The Cut Plane is associated with the view's level.  Create a new view based on a different level.
