Save excel file ad PDF and link or import the PDF in. When update, save overwrite the old PDF and reload.
How should the pdf sheet override the schedule inside revit?
When i read "import pdf to revit" i imagine importing it into the model space. thats all i know.
Are you saying there is an option to import pdf into schdule?
A PDF isn't going to import any model data.

No. Place the PDFs on sheet in lieu of Revit schedules.
