Can I create matchline types?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to create types of matchlines in order to hide matchlines for different scales that are in the same view e.g. 1:100 and 1:50? As it is now we are only able to create one type of matchline and using command "hide element in view" in a large project is very time consuming. It would also be helpful if you added the option to add a hatch to either side of the matchline and using instance parameter for "offset width" setting. (See attached family for rvt 2017).

Regards

Erik

I didn't know a view could have multiple scales, so not sure how to answer the question.

When I have views that don't require a match line(s), I just turn the category off in my view templates.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

My apologies for an inexplicit explanation of my problem. But I just saw that Revit has the ability to change level top and bottom constraints for matchlines so that solves my problem in the special occation I had.

Thank you for a quick answer!
