Call Out Tag

How Can I create a call out tag like this in Revit ?

Just use this command

You can change the shape to a square by editing the type setting of the tag

[shefypattambi]

I am confused at the Cone shaped head of the Call out..I think the only way to create like that editing the crop and draw the cone shape like that.
