Can anyone tell me why these AutoCAD 3D solids won't link or insert into my Revit file correctly? I have set up a Shared Reference Point and the Civil 3D Toposurface I have does insert correct. I have tried every option for location, I set the view to project north an true north. Nothing is working. It comes in close but not close to perfect.

are you sure the Curb DWG shares the same coordinates and origin points? when i bring them in, if i line up the curbs with the surface, the DWG's Origin point looks like it may be off?
the res angled line is just a line i drew in the DWG to find 0,0 :-).

All of the Revit data is being built off of the surveyed dwg files. All of the dwg files have a state plane coordinate system assigned and they all line up perfectly when xrefed or data referenced (the topo surface) in Civil 3D or AutoCAD. What is drving me nuts is the Civil 3D topo surface is smack on. There was no issue bringing this in with the shared coordinate.

are you using the Shared Reference Point tool? i personally don't use it because i cant get our Civil people to cooperate. supposedly it works well though from what i have heard from people that have used it....

The files appear to be sharing the same GIS system (see image) but you haven't shared the other DWG involved. Are the files all using the same units (not US Survey feet)? If you remove the Geolocation from both files you'll probably be able to get them to line up or if you move the geomarker closer to the elements in the DWG file.

Still not working. I would greatly appreciate anyone taking a peek. I am wondering if this is a US Survey feet to Int. Feet issue.
The solids are correctly located in the dwg. They do not transfer correct. Here is the original C3D 2020 dwg. Shared coordinate data is in the upper left in yellow.

When I Xref your files together into a blank DWG file the curb file doesn't line up perfectly with the curb in the other file, close but not in the same location precisely. Need to resolve that before sorting out the Revit side.

Thanks for sticking with me Steve. Yes the curb solids are distorted. Sorry for the confusion. Ignore that file.
The Revit files and the C3D source file for the TIN surface are attached above. Attached here are the two 2d autocad files made from the C3D source file (this crashes Revit if I try to link it). I link these two files into Revit with the Shared Ref Point and they appear to line up. It's a bit alarming that it actually takes a couple of attempts to get the correct position but it get's there. I think.
I uploaded the TIN surface to BIM360 and when I reference the Toposurface into the Revit file it does not line up to the CAD graphics. It is out of alignment by 3+ feet.
If I start a new dwg file and xref all three dwg's in they do line up.
