The biggest issue with your CAD file is the extents.

I would guess edit the coordinates in the DWG.

Unfortunately I'm not that proficient with AutoCAD so no Idea how to do it

What the heck are the units?!  

Anyways, I can get your DWG into Revit at a custom scale of 1.0, but obviously that's not the scale based on what I'm reading in the DWG.  At a custom scale of 1.0, the DWG itself exceeds the 20 mile radius limit in Revit! So, you need to determine the correct scale.  

See the attached RVT and DWG.  What I did was copy your DWG's existing elements to another DWG (BB_ST-M-130-DWG(Z02).dwg) and moved it closer to the Origin, and then I linked that one into the attached RVT file (BB_ST-M-130-DWG(Z02).rvt).   

BTW: I deleted all the hatches in the new DWG. 

edit...reattaching RVT and DWG. Everything fine.
