Browser for Cloud Autodesk Families stuck not loading

Just today the browser window for "Load Autodesk Familes" from the cloud the window opens but won't load - just stays with a loading type animation. Internet is connected, I've restarted the PC and my colleague on the same netowrk can open it fin on his PC. Bit stuck!

• Close Revit
• rename CefCache to _CefCache (its in "\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 20XX\")
• Restart Revit
