Does anybody has a clue why it is not possible to bring thing line in front of this picture on the titles block?

you can't do that in your project file, you need to go your title block family and put the line there and load again. thanks

I draw this line on the project file in purpose of show which part of the thumbnail is visible on the sheet. it is a splited plan into 4 sheets.

That why i have to sketch it on the sheet, on the project file.

I already used matchlines.

Sorry for my English, sometimes it gets diffucult to explain the issue.

Just look at this screenshot: the red lines are matchlines, the green lines are lines i want to draw on 4 sheets.

I'm assuming you want to create a key plan??? you can create a detail lines with yes or no parameters. you can also do that in your title block family filled region with yes or no parameters. thanks

Ah, you want to have an indication in situation. I create a legend view for the situation drawing and place that on the sheets and then draw the indication on that.

Same exact situation.
Of course it is not possible the straightforward way, like in AutoCad or any other program.
