When using export to image, it does not include all of elements

When I convert my RVT file to a image - it does not include various features including components. For example, I have inserted desks in this section of my floor plan - see attached screenshot. Also not shown are some walls and room seperator lines between rooms (Please note this was originally a CAD file and I inserted Revit over it). Whilst the other attached file just shows the floor space. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Thanks, Sam

Convert to Image? Do you mean Export to Image?

i just tried and works fine, can you share share some part plan so we can check. try to install latest updates from autodesk and see if helps . thanks

I tried to move just a section to another file, however since it is a hybrid (combined with CAD) it complicates things. I also can not share the file due to confidentiality reasons.

I installed all new updates to Revit but it did not solve the export issue.

sorry to hear that. can you copy and paste that has the issue into a new file and try to export to image and see what happen , i'm just asking you only the part plan and not the whole project file which you can copy and paste into a new file, it is difficult to suggest without looking the actual file.  thanks
