BPA Certificate Query and Simulation CFD Download Bug

Hi,

 I happened to complete my BPAC course but I didn't get a certificate.Now I also have Simulation CFD listed below but I do not know if both are intertwined?

I have following queries-

1.Do I have to complete Simulation CFD to receive BPA certificate?

2.I am unable to download Simultion CFD = Simulation Design Study Environment (If I am not mistaken).

I get a 403 error.I am trying to download a student license but the download fails.Can any one provide direct external link to download?Autodesk mailed me student license which I can use to complete CFD course.

3.I haven't received final BPAC feedback quiz nor I see the Download Certificate button.Have I done something wrong?
