I would like that the border mullion does not stop at the end point of the curtain wall system but that the border mullion has its centerline at the curtain wall end point.
Post a screen capture so we can see what you are referring to.
But, sounds like the Toggle Mullion Join would get you there. Additionally, maybe what you are trying to do can be achieved by changing the Join Condition in the CW Type Properties.
