border coloring of structural elements

I have this project that all of its structural elements have coloring on its borders:

as you can see from the visibility graphics, nothing has been overridden:

i would like your help to know what is it? and how was this done?

2. Check Filters
3. Check if the override is by ELEMENT ...not category
