Bimobject family issue - Please help

Hi everyone , I am downloading a BIMobject for revit and I am having two issues with all the models

1- the family has a box around it that I can't get rid of. I have seen a previous post where you can delete an item when I VG but I don't even get many options when I VG see below. I can delete the box but still doesnt show up when loaded into project

2- When I load the model into my project it does not show up in plan only in 3d , not even in elevations

This is so frustrating please help I really don't want to have to move over to sketchup but the models are so much easier to download

usually this family is from autocad 3d file and insert/load into .rtf file and become a loadable family. post your family here so we can check. thanks

try to change your detail level to fine and see if helps. thanks

really ? I am on a 2019 student version does that make a difference ?

no difference. try this chair family and load into your project and see if here is no issue. thanks

thank you so so much it worked. I copied all your property settings and I changed the detail to fine there not at the bottom tab and it worked.
