Best sources to HIRE a BIM manager in China

Hello,

I am on a tropical island of Hainan, China.

We are ditching ArchiCAD and moving on to Revit!!! Congratulations accepted )))

However, I don't have an expert on the team. I got to HIRE a BIM manager, but don't even know where to look.

If you know a good source to post for such a position in China, please let me know.

Dennis

P.S. To convert MEP into Revit from CAD is a BIM manager enough? Or I got to get a (young) MEP engineer on staff to do that?

Also, what are good questions to ask in an interview, to test the depth of candidate's knowledge?

Besides reading the resume, here s an idea on how to get to know someone.

A good way to know who you are hiring is by presenting a past project to the candidate so that the candidate would give his recommendation on what would be the best Revit template for your company. Even though your company template will not be "set in stone" just after analyzing one project, this will be a good way to see how someone is thinking. The template file should include schedules, filters, view templates, "must-have" families etc...Every recommendation you get should be supported by arguments. Those arguments will make a good candidate stand out from the crowd. The candidate should demonstrate the usage of the recommended tools that will speed up your work.
