Best practice to keep Scope Boxes in sync between several workshared central files?

We have several workshared central models for one project. When we modify a Scope Box in Central Model A, we want the exact same change to be reflected in the other central models (B, C, …) automatically (or with minimum manual steps).

When working with many workshared models, it's often a good idea to maintain a "Levels and Grids" file known as URS (Unique Reference System),  with all the shared daum elements (grids, levels, reference planes, scope boxes, etc.).

As far as I know, scope boxes can't be "copy/monitored", but you can select , copy, and paste them in the same location.

In multidisciplinary team work, there is usually a coordinator on each team.
We notify the coordinators of any changes to the URS file.

Edit: here is an idea on the ideas forum to vote on to make scopeboxes monitorable.
