Beam not showing right in elevations

 I am using timber 50*100 timber beam for my building but it is showing strange in my elevations. In one elevation it shows it has no depth like in the picture. I am trying to make it seem right, without pulling it down or up manually, what can I do?

Check with Detail level...

Shade it to get the actual view..

your elevations are not exact perpendicular to beam elements so its gonna

show two sides in the elevation.. ( am sure you are aware of this )

As to the beams, how do I make sure they are perpendicular to the elevations so it only shows one side?

Actually, I just rotated the plane and it fixed the problem.
