I am working on a Revit LT 2018 tutorial and need to place a door. I have loaded the families but as soon as I activate the door command, Revit returns a gray circle with a line through it and I am not able to place the door. There is no apparent way to change this result. I have placed doors before and had no problems with it. Am I in the wrong mode? Has anyone encountered this problem before? Not sure how to move past it.
