Beam Features missing on IFC Import

I'm importing an IFC model and I noticed some cuts did not show up. When I open the IFC model in any other open source IFC View the beams are displayed correctly. When I open it in Revit it's missing the top cut.  This is the first time using Revit to open IFC models. Is this typical for Revit?

What's cutting it?

It was exported from Advance Steel. Advance steel uses a beam shorting feature. 

I also just noticed that in Revit the steel bracket at the top is shifted over and conflicting with the column. sigh 😞
