Baluster Panel Problem - Fitting

In the attached stripped down project, I've tried everything to get an even number of panels to fit between the ends.  Either they leave half the space empty on each end or one end or go past the ends.  What can be done to make baluster panels fit? Thanks.

You need to make Panels that fit.

Baluster panels are fixed length. You either plan the railing to be n * panel length, or use a different panel type at start or end or both of the railing.  You can also use curtain wall for panelized railing.
