Baluster not meet top railing ??

Hi every one,

I've already made railing and set baluster meet top railing and it's looked fine in example preview.

But when I put it in staircase, when I see in Section it doesn't meet top railing, and it look quite weird.

Can anyone help me with this problem ?

Please refer from this picture for more clear information.

Thanks in advanced !BALUSTER NOT MEET TOP RAILING.pngBALUSTER SETTING.png

Could be that you have to edit the baluster type properties for the selected baluster family (and/or check constraints in the family itself). edit: height parameter that is, if there is one else you'll have to edit the baluster family. Maybe share the file, easier to troubleshoot.

Thanks for your very quick reply. Maybe this file is bigger than maximum attachment allowed so I can't upload to this.

So please download from this google drive link below.

You can refer this staircase at sheet "A,II,14 - SH02 - STAIRCASE 01 SECTION"

Hope to receive your response soon.

1. Is that a top rail or a handrail?

2. Edit you baluster family and check these:
- Properties: Post box is NOT checked
- Geometry: the baluster itself should go past the sloped reference plane above; a void properly constrained to the plane and cutting the baluster to create the sloped top

3. Copy paste the railing to a new file and share it here.

Just make sure that the Top Cut Angle is higher the your baluster height
