Autotdesk Default Titleblock Family 'Document_XXX' parameters

In the Autotdesk Default Titleblock Family, there are four 'Document_XXX' parameters (eg. Document_Purpose). See screenshot.

I cannot see a way to control these within a project?

Export the parameters in the tirleblock family then add them in the project, assign to sheets or project info category, whichever appropriate.
