Automate sheet issue dates

Hello,

This is possibly related to the way my colleague set up the title block family. i would like to be able to change the issue date ONCE and have it propagate to all sheets, rather than adjusting for every sheet in the project. Is there a way to modify the parameters of the title block family to do this?

Thank you

Edit the titleblock family and change label from Sheet Issue Date to Project Issue Date.

You can use a Sheet List (Schedule) to manage Sheet Properties.

I think this is the best answer because it enables me to quickly change/verify all issue dates at-a-glance.

Is there a way to set up a schedule for issuances? Currently, I update my issuances by updating the title block family. Then, I would use my sheet list to change all the issue dates on the sheets. but I would still prefer to only enter the issue date in one location and have it propagate to all sheets.

@ToanDN Is there a way to add additional project issue dates? for example listing the different deliverables like S.D., D.D, Permit Set, and IFC Set? I want to keep a Distribution Log and have it as a type parameter, but when I add the parameter to the projects to link the information I can only add a sheet parameter as an instance. Any help would be much appreciated.
