Hello guys,

After researching on the internet these are my thoughts:

Last November 2019, Certiport realeased this (https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/About/Press-room/Press-releases/2019/Autodesk-Certified-Professiona...). Therefore, the ACP exam objectives have been redesigned. You can compare here the old one (http://downloads.certiport.com/marketing/Autodesk/ACP/doc/ACP_Revit_Architecture.pdf) vs the new one (https://certiport.filecamp.com/uniq/ZWvvrrSWhvM29hJY.pdf).

Actually the name of the exam is also updated as you can see on the title of those pdf. The old one was ACP Revit architecture and the new one is ACP Revit for Architectural design.

Besides, the exams have been modified from their previous format, with new detailed objective domain documents and a selected-response question format. Therefore, I understand from this that the new exams will be just theoretical and Revit will not be open in those 2hours.

If any qualified person can correct me with these thoughts, i would be more than glad with it.

Bye

Hello,

Both exams are currently in use, I suppose.

1-  Questions exam (no Revit window) is offered  by  Pearson Vue only

2- Practical (with Revit open and using it) is offered by Certiport only.

Call the Exam Office or contact the customer service on the website you are going to use to pay for it.

P.S. I'm not qualified.

There is a new exam being produced. Perhaps it has been released?  IDK? I know this because I proofed many (all) of the questions and the overall exam.

I am fairly sure it is intended to be taken WITHOUT Revit open. As I recall Imperial or Metric was not an issue with any of the questions if they involved measurement.

@Anonymous use Autodesk Design Academy .I used Autodesk Design Academy and I past the Revit Structural in March 2020 and AutoCAD Professional Certification in April 2020 using it. Don't cheat yourself studying, and put the work in, you will pass.

I also took the same Revit Structural test at AU 2019 and failed. But I found out about design Academy around the beginning of the year and took full advantage it.

Hello there! On March 27 I'll take the Revit Professional exam, based on the new procedure ( just questions exam (no -Revit window-).

1) at the end of the exam, I will immediately receive the result?

2) how many questions there are in the exam? I understand between 45 and 60, am I right? 120 minutes?

3) What is the minimum score to pass?

Thank you in advance!

Is ACP 01301 the same exam as RVT_ARC_101: Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design?

Should have tried replying to the topic at hand.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
