Autodesk Project

I have been downloading pat files from manufactures and I am running into what's called a Autodesk Project (file, folder ??)

I cannot seem to find any answers for how to incorporate these files into my Project.

Hi David,
do you mean pat files for hatches ?
If yes, create a new hatch as user defined (custom) and import this pat file.

Hatch files or pattern files.  Got to be the same, unless we get a 3d Revit hatch. 

Actually I was refering to the Autodesk Revit project file.  For example Kawneer and other storefront and curtainwall manufactures show there revit downloads but the file type is called a autodesk revit project file.  That is what I am looking at and cannot filnd the asnwer to incorporate into the project.

You might want to upload one of those files you are talking about (add it to .zip first just incase the forum doesn't support it's original extension)

It would be easier to look at what you are refering to instead of guess

Hi again,

open the downloaded Project file.

Create the special curtainwall (If not already present in this file.)

Now mark this new wall and Ctrl.+C

Open your Project template file (or your project file) and Ctrl.+V

Now you can create this typ of Wall in your own project.

It's the same kind of Family like Walls.

Only copy and paste from project to project (or template) is possible.
You can't safe this kind as *rfa
