AutoCAD link distorted

I have a map that I want to take a part of it and put it on the 0,0. I need that because I used it as a refrence in Revit. The exact location is not a problem for me but the shapes which become distoreted when refrence in full size.

I did that and move it 0,0 but Revit still consider it as a big file and the shapes distoreted.

I copy it to a new file and put it direct on the 0,0 and it works the shapes didnt distoreted.

The problem that I måste explode everything to copy it to a new file(using shift ctrl+c) which I did want to do it.

How to solve this?

Open the dwg, make sure everything is turned on and zoom all.  If it shows the extents of your site draw  a line from a property line or something to 0,0,0 and see how far you are from there, more than 20 miles that is your issue.  If it is close, then rotate the view to 3D and check there, some items may be extending the 20 mile range in the Z axis.
