Australian Metric Library is empty when loading a family

Hello,

 I have downloaded Metric Australian library RVTCPENAUS 2022 i have auto desk installed and have download, then when I follow the file path I get to English the file is empty no Australia and nothing in the library or file.

Can someone please help me with this.

I suggest downloading the content file again and giving it another try. You can find the download link here:

I just tested the process, and it worked perfectly fine for me. I was able to locate all the necessary files and folders within the following path: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2022.

If you have followed all the steps mentioned above and are still facing difficulties, I'm afraid I would not have any idea what could be happening.
