Assign multiple materials to a mass surfaces

Hi, I made this form through mass extrusion and made the voids via void extrusion resulted creating (Interior surfaces and exteriro surfaces) what am I asking is, Is it possible to assign a variant materails for each surface??. Downbelow a photo explain it. Thank you

It's a mass form? For what? Are you going to build something from it?

yes you can assign material to Mass Faces:

• Divide Surface>Surface>Surface Representation> Original Surface >Select Material

Why not just paint the surfaces?  

Still curious about what's under those surfaces though.  I guess they can figure that out in the field.

I think the function is useful especially when working in Urban Planning and in volumetric studies while in Conceptual Design phase.

And ,very important for me,  this Surface Colour function in Mass Editor allows Parametric Materials.
