AS database sync with Revit!

Dear all,

In our company we work correspondingly with RVT and AS and we design special anchors and NW assemblies. In order to sync. and update the modified detabase from AS to Revit, we use databse copying (AstorBase file) such as this solution:

Solved: How to Export New Customized Anchor types to Revit? - Autodesk Community - Advance Steel

However, this trick works PC by PC and we have to copy/paste manually for each PC.

I would like to know, is there any other solution that we can save the updated AstorBase file of AS somewhere in the cloud storage of the company that is accessable for each Revit program on every PC?

Currently, the CAD manager should take care of updated AS databse and sonstantly copy/paste it to cloud storage and inform every user to copy/pase it to their own Revit system folder.

I hope I could explain the issue clearly, I would be grateful if you can suggest a better solution for this case.

Thanks in advance for your attention

Greetings

Hamid

Beleive you could try any of the batch deployment methods that are noted for advance steel to these databases, or a file share software or power shell deployment method.

the files are as you know in a specific locations and of a dedicated file type.

just make sure you do not copy any of the lock type files ,  only the database file to each deployment.

beleive again this can be set to batch deploy at login of the machine or software
